This is drawing for 
contest in which we're supposed to show how Pyramid Head looks unmasked. This is my submission. The figure underneath the helmet is an avatar of the original father of God.
*warning speculative theories ahead*
If the original father of God was made into the red God, and PH is an avatar of the red God, then would it not make sense that the figure underneath looks like the man seen in the Birth painting?

It seems that his helmet is extremely large in this picture, which obviously it is large in both the game and movie, but in this picture it seems that it could be almost too large. Other than that, the picture looks good and I like your choice of not adding a ton of color for this image. I also like the black, blood like splatters that are on him.
